When I worked outside of the home there were many times I wished for opportunities where work and being a Mother would intersect.
Most times they ran parallel to each other.
There were a few times I missed school performances or missed the first quarter of game.
As Mothers we are expected to be front and center at every game, every performance, at home…
We do not have the luxury of absence.
I began the year 2016 with a level of freedom money can’t buy.
No more asking for time off or working overtime to ensure I can time off.
I am fortunate that as I build my company, I have the opportunity to merge the two.
Now Mom Duties and work collide weekly.
